1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and browsing the ytubestream analytics website hosted at https://ytubestream.com (referred to as the "Service", "Website", "We", "Us"), you agree to be bound by these legal Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ytubestream.

2. Scope & Description of Service
ytubestream provides a public interface presenting YouTube statistics, estimated earnings charts, national rankings indexes, and side-by-side comparative tools. Our service imports metadata using the public Google YouTube XML API schemas and caches them locally in PostgreSQL database tables to optimize bandwidth and deliver low-latency queries.
Our Service is offered as a 100% free utility. We do not require account creation, secure sign-ups, payment processing, or the collection of sensitive contact criteria. The administrators of ytubestream reserve the right to alter, pause, suspend, or discontinue any feature, standing table, or directory filter of the platform at any time without prior notice or liability.
3. Google & YouTube Platform Affiliations
ytubestream operates as an independent tracking software. We hold no affiliation, official association, endorsement, or structural integration with YouTube, LLC, Google, LLC, or any parent entities.
Users accessing ytubestream parameters recognize that data presented on dashboards is compiled from public Google APIs, and agree to also be bound by compliance criteria set forth in YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policies.
4. Non-Guarantee of Analytics & Estimates
While we strive to synchronize ytubestream tables with YouTube Data API structures every 6 hours, we provide absolutely no guarantee or warranty concerning the absolute accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or validity of the stats shown.
Subscriber counts represented on user cards have been rounded by YouTube themselves since late 2019, removing exact real-time tracking transparency. Additionally, ad CPM ranges and yearly/monthly balances are mathematical projections calculated utilizing historical category multipliers. Actual financial profiles are highly speculative.
5. Acceptable & Permitted System Use
You agree to use ytubestream solely as a research utility. You are strictly forbidden from performing automated data harvesting, web scraping, API scraping, or bot-driven indexing actions against ytubestream's server endpoints. Any actions designed to disrupt platform latency, overload ingress pipelines, or run denial-of-service campaigns will result in immediate network blocks and potential legal coordination with net security networks.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
In no case shall ytubestream, its administrators, partners, or content contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your usage of or inability to access our dashboards, tables, or charts. This limitation of liability covers, without limit: financial losses, ad campaign expenses, reputation damage, or computational glitches.
